The moisture caused during grinding operation is very often felt to be troublesome and disturbing, likewise the deposition of oil mist on the surrounding machine parts.
Therefore, REFORM developed the production program "Extraction units" specific for Travelling Head Grinders.

Functioning:
The oil mist is extracted by a ventilator A, passing a compact pocket filter B, where moisture and dust are separated in the filter layers. With help of the suitable shaped bottom of the unit the extracted liquid is collected and can be returned to the machine over an outlet hole C.
The utilized special pocket filters B are adjusted to the ventilator power and have been tested under laboratory conditions.

- Return of coolant
