High Speed Grinder (HSG)

The High Speed Grinder is specifically designed to grind Blade tips at high speed. This feature allows blades to be extended to their fullest length. Here by simulating the operational mode of the rotor.

The Stator Grinder is assembled with modules from the Trirex Product range.
This machine enables complete machining of stators from various aircraft engines.
It can machine a stator automatically (grinding, brushing, measuring, turning, probing).
