The inexpensive way to achieve quality control. We are now able to offer our customers a complete range of quality control. Do you need to deliver your parts with a measurement certificate? Then we can help. Our quality control room has a controlled temperature about 20 degrees. All machines are calibrated yearly to insure the accurate measurement of our machines and a measurement certificate that you can really on.

With our coordinate measuring machine from Leitz, we can measure parts up to a size of
X=1800mm Y=1000mm Z= 1000mm (measurement inaccuracy 1,5m+L/300).
Our software guarantees a high precision with easy to understand reports.

With our machine from Zeiss we can measure parts up to a size of X=4200mm Y=1600mm Z=2400mm.
This machine is specially adapted to measure large and haevy parts.
The turntable (Ø 1000mm) allows a precious and fast measurement of all cylindrical parts.
